AutoLink Pro™ Website Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the AutoLink Pro™ website and the AutoLink Pro™ “Remember When” pre-launch registration program operated by AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd.

  1. About AutoLink Pro™

AutoLink Pro™ is a platform currently under development. Information displayed on this website describes the intended direction, concepts and proposed features of the AutoLink Pro™ platform.

Features, services, pricing, launch dates, availability and functionality may change as development progresses.

Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular proposed feature or service will be released in its current form or by a particular date.

  1. Remember When Group

People who register through the AutoLink Pro™ Remember When registration form before the official major launch may become members of the Remember When Group.

Each accepted registration is allocated a permanent Remember When Member Number.

Member numbers are intended as recognition that the member joined the AutoLink Pro™ community before the platform’s major public launch. A member number has no cash value and is not transferable unless AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd agrees otherwise.

  1. Three Months AutoLink Pro™ Premium Free

Eligible Remember When members will receive their first three months of AutoLink Pro™ Premium free when the applicable Premium service officially launches.

The free period:

  • begins when the applicable AutoLink Pro™ Premium service becomes available to the member;
  • applies to the standard eligible Premium consumer subscription offered at launch;
  • has no cash or exchange value; and
  • cannot be combined with another offer where doing so would result in duplicate free subscription periods unless AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd agrees otherwise.

AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd may reasonably amend the mechanics of how the free period is activated if required by the final app, subscription or account system, while preserving the intended three-month benefit for eligible Remember When members.

  1. Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering.

AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd may reject, consolidate or remove duplicate, fraudulent, automated or clearly invalid registrations.

Registering more than once using the same email address does not entitle a person to multiple member numbers or multiple free subscription periods.

  1. Communications

By joining the Remember When Group, you agree that AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd may contact you about your registration, member number, AutoLink Pro™ development, launch information and matters relating to the Remember When program.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable.

  1. Intellectual Property

AutoLink Pro™, its logos, branding, concepts, website content and associated materials are owned by or licensed to AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to a website visitor or Remember When member.

  1. Website Information

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, because AutoLink Pro™ is under active development, information may change.

To the extent permitted by law, AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or that all proposed features described on the website will ultimately be released.

  1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

  1. Privacy

Personal information provided through this website is handled in accordance with the AutoLink Pro™ Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to These Terms

AutoLink Pro Pty Ltd may update these Terms as the platform develops.

Any material changes affecting the Remember When offer will not be used simply to remove the core three-month Premium benefit already promised to eligible Remember When members.
